Staci is a compassionate counselor who is passionate about caring for people and desiring to see people find peace, hope, and fulfillment. Staci's approach to counseling is rooted in compassion and client care.

After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University, she pursued a Master's in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She then moved back to her Texas Panhandle roots and served as the Counseling Ministry Intern at a local church while obtaining her Professional Counseling License. Byrd Counseling and Wellness began in 2024.

Staci enjoys working with people from all walks of life and believes there is hope for everyone. She is a certified Level 1 Restoration Therapist. Throughout her time as a counselor she has worked with people through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and general dissatisfaction. Staci is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate in the state of Texas and is supervised by DeAnna Sheets, MA, LPC-S. Staci is currently accepting new clients.

Brenda is an internationally certified Health Coach specializing in nurturing emotional health, psychological well-being, and fostering improved physical health.
Brenda teaches women to better handle stress, to navigate difficult relationships, and to recognize their own worth. These skills empower women to stop people-pleasing, trust their own decision-making, and embrace their lives with grace and dignity.
Brenda coaches women individually or in groups through Taste of Grace Coaching, LLC. She is a Certified Transformational Mastery Life Coach working in partnership with Built on the Rock Counseling and Coaching Center, LLC. 
Brenda is currently accepting new clients.

As we all know, life can be difficult. Valerie has come to learn that having someone come  alongside you, right where you are, giving you the skills and tools tailored for your successful  healing can be life-changing. Therefore, she wants to be able to offer the same life-changing  hope to others. Her goal is to serve, to love, and to foster an atmosphere for positive change as  she comes along side each client in order to help empower them to be all they were created to  be despite the obstacles presented to them in life. 
After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from West Texas A&M University, she  began the pursuit of a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian  University in addition to obtaining a biblical counseling certification through Vine Life Ministries  from Oklahoma City. She will complete both endeavors by January 2027. 
Valerie is a student intern from Lubbock Christian University under the supervision by DeAnna  Sheets, MA, LPC-S of Arms Stretched Wide of Amarillo, Texas.
